Contacting Us & The Get Acquainted Visit
Once
you have decided on your departure date, please contact us (email
preferred) no later than one week prior to your trip. Please include
the following in your message or email: your name, town in which you
live, any special needs and the dates you are requesting cat sitting
services. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to arrange
a convenient time to visit your home so we may meet your kitties
and we can go over the services needed.
During this visit, we will go over specific instructions pertaining to
the care of your cats and home. We will complete our Cat Sitting
Service Contract, you will provide us with a set of keys and remit
payment. It is very important that we meet each of your kitties, so
please try to close areas of your home that "hiders" may run into. We
love to familiarize ourselves with each kitty we care for, so we can be
best prepared once we begin your cat sitting session!
Service Rates & Area Served
Our
rate is based on time spent in your home caring for your cats. We do
not charge extra for special care, medications or per number of cats,
rather we base our rates only on time desired by the client to care for
their cats and home (30-minute minimum visit).
- $25 Per Visit
- $10 Per Visit Additional for Travel
(only applicable if more than a 15-minute drive from Atlantic Highlands)
Booking Policy
Once
you have contracted our services for the first cat sitting session,
clients must notify us by phone or email for any additional sessions.
We will always confirm receipt of your request by email or phone.
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed.
The more notice you give us, the better the chances are that
we will be able to book your dates. As a courtesy to our clients, we
never over-book, so advance notice is greatly appreciated.
Key Policy
It is
strongly suggested that clients allow us to keep a set of keys for
future bookings. If we are required to pick up and return keys for each
session, there is a $25 charge each time we must travel to your home to
do so. Because we are very serious about the security of your home
while you are away, we will not leave keys "under the mat" or "hidden
under the patio planter" nor lock the keys in the house on the last
visit. We do not accept garage door openers & codes in lieu of keys.
